If we're being honest with ourselves, learning to ride, back in the day, bordered on a traumatic event. The crashes, oh the crashes. These days, however, kids have it easy with awesome little bikes like our Girl's Hotwalk. With no pedals or gears, it's designed to help your little princess find her balance by making it as easy as possible to put her feet down. In fact, scooting around with her feet is how the bike moves (outside of gravity), so she'll get used to the feeling of riding without much of the risk. Even better for you, there isn't much that can break should the bike hit the deck on the pump track, so there's less maintenance then with a "traditional" bike. That's right, you get parental hero status, and they have the time of their lives while learning to ride. Win-win. - Durable and tough, the A1 Premium Aluminum walking frame is designed specifically for little ones to scoot around safely. - The 12-inch alloy wheels are not only light, but durable enough to take plenty of abuse. - The Rhythm Lite Sport tires are heavy-duty, and allow your little princess to scoot around on- and off-road.
The Riot allows an even younger rider to jump on a bike designed with fun and progression at the forefront. The smaller 14" wheels on the Riot allow even the smallest of shredders to gain confidence and learn, and the slimmer tubing and custom-designed components provide a lightweight, sturdier bike capable of so much more than any other 14" bike on the market.
The Coast is all about inspiring kids to start riding from an early age. Balance bikes like the Coast help to teach kids balance and coordination instead of relying on training wheels. What's special about the Coast is the way it combines features and geometry for children with that of a BMX bike. The Coast is truly a balance bike designed for kids working their way up to their first BMX bike. Coming in a cool Gloss Pine Green colorway, the Coast is kitted with some great BMX style parts. The 5-inch tall Kink T500 bars, Kink Lance fork, and Mission X7 20-hole rims all adapt BMX components to the right size and dimensions to comfortably fit a child's needs. The ultra-low standover height allows the seat to be dropped even lower for kids to get rolling as soon as possible. Note: Designed for children ages 2 and up. Seat height adjustable from 14.25" – 16.75".
The Kink Roaster is designed to be a kid's first BMX bike. The 12-inch wheels and frame size make it an easy transition from a balance bike, so kids will feel completely comfortable on their first pedaling bike. But this bike isn't merely a miniaturized BMX bike—it factors into account standard BMX geometry and applies it to a younger child's size and needs. The Gloss Dusk Orange colorway really pops, while the bike sports some great components throughout. In addition to the 5-inch Kink T500 bars and Kink Lance fork, the Roaster features a coaster brake in lieu of a lever-based brake system that could be too difficult for some children to use at a young age. If they are ready for a lever brake, the seatstay bridge has been designed to accept a caliper brake or 990 brake plate. Note: Designed for children ages 4 and up. Seat height adjustable from 15.5" – 18.5".
